This is what I did today...Nantgaredig to Brechfa, Talley, Llandeilo and back to Nantgaredig. Nice route with huge amounts of climbing, 4400 feet over 35 miles. Mostly short sharp ones, other than the initial climb to Horeb which is long and sharp! Hardly anything which could be described as 'steady'. Punctured (actually, the valve came away from the tube!) at Llandeilo with 10 miles to go. Nursing a cold and thus the whole thing hurt really badly. Never mind, the Dragon is only just over three times as long as this......
